Theme: Living Hope
Dates: Thursday 20 – Saturday 22 November 2025
Goal: $60,000

This November, we’re inviting you to be part of the Living Hope Appeal

this is a time to celebrate what God is doing through 1WAY FM and to ensure this message of hope continues to reach lives across Canberra and beyond.

Hope is at the heart of everything we do. In a world that often feels uncertain, 1WAY FM exists to remind people that there is hope – not a fleeting or empty hope, but a living one.

Our theme for this appeal comes from 1 Peter 1:3:

“In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

This Living Hope is real, active, and enduring. It shapes how we live, how we love, and how we share the Good News through every song, story, and conversation on air. It’s the hope that reminds someone they’re not alone, that lifts a weary heart, and that helps us all see light even in dark moments.

Why This Appeal Matters

As a listener-supported station, 1WAY FM relies on your generosity to stay on air and continue broadcasting hope-filled content to the Canberra region and beyond. Your support during the Living Hope Appeal helps us:

  • Keep sharing encouraging music and faith-filled conversations 24/7
  • Support and connect our local Christian community
  • Equip and train volunteers and broadcasters
  • Maintain and strengthen our broadcast infrastructure

When you give, you’re not just keeping a radio station running – you’re helping keep Living Hope alive in Canberra and surrounding regions.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Give a Gift: Partner with us during the appeal to help reach our $60,000 goal.
  • Pray: Join us in prayer for the station team, volunteers, and every listener who will hear God’s message through 1WAY FM.
  • Share: Encourage your friends, family, and church community to tune in and be part of the appeal.

Every dollar makes a difference – every prayer matters – and together, we can continue to share Living Hope across Canberra and beyond.
