11am – 1pm. There will be a presentation of the flags, an acknowledgement of the 100 year anniversary of the Battle of Beersheeba, a sounding of the last post, Aboriginal dance, the national anthem.
We invite people to:
- Come and carry a flag. We have 208 flags that need to be carried. We need to carry them in the correct order and would like people who are willing to carry any flag
- join us for a BYO picnic on the green (1pm to 6pm) .to listen to Australian entertainment including worship music
BYO: food, water, picnic gear, sun protection.
Dress in your national costume or your best Aussie clobber.
