At our Gatherings, we engage in conversations about embodying our values and spirituality throughout life’s seasons. This encompasses discussions on relationships, work, self-care, and caring for others.
At this gathering, we are blessed to share with special guest Alison Ware who will help us discover the heart of creativity in our lives and how to live a life of inspiration! The morning will be hosted by the wonderful Tania Vrancic, our ACT At Her Table Ambassador.
Special Guest: Alison Ware
Alison Ware is a Creative Arts Therapist, Harpist, Mindfulness teacher and Clinical musician working within Canberra Healthcare facilities and the community.
For Alison, music is an integral part of life. Alison said “I didn’t begin learning the harp until I was in my late 30s, yet immediately knew I wanted to learn and work with this beautiful instrument. I have discovered music can nurture, uplift, bring joy, help express emotion and support us through all phases of our life from birth through to end of life.”
Creativity, artistry and inspiration connects me to Alison’s spirit within. “I believe this creative spirit dwells within all of us whether that’s expressed through preparing a beautiful meal, playing music, writing, gardening, creating a unique business that speaks of us, nurturing a growing family or crafting an artistic practice.”
