Sundown Sessions – 1-5 Oct 2019

Sundown Sessions is a modern approach to soul-winning, placing relationship-building as a chief first step in effective Australian community evangelism. It is a week-long community festival that aims to bring the Canberra and surrounding community together for good food, live music, games, activities and a modern worship service including music, sermons, testimonies and relationship building activities.

This ministry came about from a strong passion and desire for improved church outreach and an identification that we live in a society that is constantly and rapidly changing, and that in light of this our methods of evangelism need to change too in order to effectively deliver our same great message of amazing love to ALL people.

Last year, Sundown Sessions blew us away, not only because of the final outcome, but because of how well it pulled our local churches in Canberra together. What started with two people quickly grew into a volunteer team of 40+ willing and excited people who all played vital roles in making the event happen. This year we expect bigger and better, and are putting the call out to the churches of Canberra to join get in touch with us to join our Sundown Sessions team, share your gifts, passions and talents and simply attend with all of your friends and family.

Sundown Sessions run from 6:30 – 1000 pm from 1st to 5th October.
