Brendan will share his inspiring story of hope and restoration in his own mental health journey this Sunday 7 May 2017.

As part of the Outrun331 initiative, from 23 May to 2 June 2017 Brendan will run 331,000 steps from the Sydney Opera House to the Canberra Parliament House to raise awareness of the challenges of mental health. The initiative also aims to seek support and funding for the Black Dog Institute, and bring hope through empathy and connection.

Come and hear Brendan’s uplifting story this Sunday 7 May 2017, 10am at Momentum Canberra’s church service, Majura Community Hall, 2 Rosevear Place Dickson.

The Black Dog Institute is a translational research institute that aims to reduce the incidence of mental illness and the stigma around it, to actively reduce suicide rates and empower everyone to live the most mentally healthy lives possible.
