Road to Bethlehem is a Christmas program run by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. During the program, you’ll be taken through an interactive tour of some of the scenes surrounding the birth of Jesus. You’ll wander through the streets of Jerusalem, meet some Roman soldiers and the Wise Men, visit King Herod’s palace, witness an angel’s visit with shepherds in a field – all before coming to Bethlehem itself and finally meeting the newborn King in the manger.
The program will be held at Canberra Christian School (64 Ainsworth Street, Mawson, ACT – see map) over the nights of December 9, 10 and 11. There is a program running every fifteen minutes from 6:00pm, with the final tour beginning at 10:00pm. We highly recommend that you pre-book your tickets prior to the event.
There are also a number of other attractions to be found – market stalls, live entertainment and animal rides will be available from 6:00pm, so we invite you, your friends, and your family to come along and share in this wonderful event, celebrating the season where we remember Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem.
