There is no single effective medical treatment for the chronic conditions of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. However self-management techniques and peer support have been scientifically shown to improve health and wellbeing.
Learn practical skills for dealing with common problems of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia in the ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia Self Help Course.
This course focuses on the key skill of pacing, which is very effective in minimising relapses. Practice techniques to reduce stress, manage emotions and improve relationships, and build a local support network in seven sessions over eight weeks.

Who is suitable for the course: Any adult with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia, whether recently diagnosed or long term.
