Intruder Response Training by C.O.B.R.A. Self Defence Australia is internationally recognised and unique to Australia.

It gives community-focused, real life scenario training for an intruder situation.

In conjunction with Child Abduction Prevention training over the same weekend, trainers Glenn and Tammy will deliver one class only in this course, limited to 20 participants.

What Is Intruder Response Training?

C.O.B.R.A. Intruder Response Training is designed to address the reality of a possible intruder situation and to minimise the damage.

This program was created by a seasoned law enforcement officer with active shooter and mass casualty event training.

Based on law-enforcement principles, it has been brought to Australia by certified trainers, now based in Moreton Bay where they deliver regular courses in partnership with the Moreton Bay regional council. The conveners have taught this course for many years.

What’s Your Plan?

While there are no guarantees, having an established and practised plan can greatly increase your odds of survival in a survival situation.

If you think about it, we have a plan for almost every other kind of emergency we might face: for when a fire is in a building, for example. So, why do so many people and organisations not have a plan when it comes to a gunman entering into a public centre and opening fire?

Many people simply don’t want to think about something so horrible because it makes them feel helpless. But you will see that there are many things you can do.

You have many advantages that you don’t even know about.

Even a basic understanding and education in this area can save lives. By the time you finish this course, you will have that basic understanding and education.
