Dave McDonald was a church pastor and chaplain to the Brumbies Super Rugby Team. But two words crushed him: ‘tumour’ and ‘incurable’. Dave was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2011.
On this night he will be opening up and answering questions about his experience, his struggles, his doubt and how he wrestled with the big question: is there hope beyond cure? This is a great opportunity to be surprised afresh at the wonder of our God and the reasons for hope, even in the worst of life’s challenges.
There will be Q&A, light refreshments and cash bar.
Dave will be interviewed by Rob Martin, Director of City Bible Forum’s Melbourne office. The evening will be recorded for broadcast on 91.9 1WAY FM, 89.9 LightFM Melbourne & 105.1 LifeFM Bendigo.
