On Sunday 15th October St Paul’s Manuka is hosting a Bible exhibition of older and rare Bibles, some over 400 years old, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the formation of The Bible Society in Australia.

The exhibition, open for inspection from 12 noon to 5-30pm.  From 2-30 to 4-30 pm an Antique Bible Roadshow is being held where parishioners and community members can bring their old Family and other rare Bibles for appraisal and possible valuation, conducted by noted Bible Scholar and author Rev Dr John Harris.

Afternoon tea is also being offered, and the exhibition concludes at 6pm with a Choral Evensong incorporating hymns and liturgy celebrating the Bible Society. All are welcome and any donations received will be gifted to the Bible Society work in South East Asia and the Pacific.
