Notice of Annual General Meeting and 1WAY FM Brunch
The 1WAY FM Brunch for members and listeners will be held on Saturday, 5 November 2016 commencing at 10.00am at the Impact Church, 200 Clive Steele Ave, Monash.
This event will be fully catered, so please let us know whether you can attend via phone or via the form below.
The Brunch will be immediately followed by the Annual General Meeting of Canberra Christian Radio Limited (CCRL), 1WAY FM’s parent body (ABN 94 051 127 792), commencing at 11.00am.

Canberra Christian Radio Limited (CCRL), the parent body of 1WAY FM, is extending to its members the opportunity to be involved in setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the company by nominating to become a Director on its Board. All you need to do is to find two other members who would be willing to propose and second your nomination. (Download Director Nomination Form 2016)
Completed Nomination Forms should arrive at our Fyshwick Office (or at PO Box 927, Fyshwick ACT 2609) by close of business Wednesday, 26 October 2016. Please note: it is important that nominations be accompanied by a brief statement as to the contribution that the nominee would bring to the Board.
There will be ten vacancies for the new Board. The CCRL Memorandum of Association requires all members of the current Board of Directors to stand down from office at the AGM (but they are eligible for reelection).
Please note that only financial members of CCRL are entitled to nominate for the Board, nominate another financial member for the Board, and to vote at a ballot at the AGM. Please check the date for renewal of your membership to check your eligibility.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may complete a Proxy Form to authorise another financial member to vote on your behalf (or to specify how your vote should be made). (Download Proxy Form 2016). Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to our Fyshwick office no later than close of business on Wednesday, 2 November 2016.
The results of the election for Directors will be determined and announced at CCRL’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 November 2016 after the CCRL Annual Members’ Brunch.
Formal Notice of the AGM (including the request for nominations to the new CCRL Board of Directors) has been mailed out to all CCRL Members.
