The Annual General Meeting for the members of Canberra Christian Radio Limited (CCRL), 1WAY FM’s parent body (ABN 94 051 127 792), will be held on
Saturday 7 November 2020,
commencing at 11.00am
at Vision Church,
1 Lithgow Street, Fyshwick.

2020 AGM Explanatory document for amendment to Articles of Association
In accordance with the Australian Corporations Act 2001, CCRL (Canberra Christian Radio Ltd) hereby advises the following:
An intention to amend several Articles in CCRL’s Articles of Association. Information about the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, the reasons for proposing the amendments and any background information relevant to the Article are included in the 2020 AGM Explanatory document.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may complete a Proxy Form to authorise another financial member to vote on your behalf (or to specify how your vote should be made). Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to our Fyshwick office no later than close of business on Wednesday, 28 October 2020.
The main items of business of the meeting will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 2 November 2019;
- A brief presentation of reports for the financial year 2019 to 2020;
- To receive and consider the audited Financial Statements and reports;
- To formally appoint the Auditor for the ensuing financial year;
- To vote on the amendment to the Articles of Association, and
- To elect new members to the Board of Directors.
We aim to publish the reports ahead of the meeting and invite you to submit questions prior to the meeting in writing, email ([email protected]) no less than one week before the AGM, (before 30 October 2020).

The results of the election for Directors will be determined and announced at CCRL’s Annual General Meeting.
