In a world where chaos and noise often seem to reign, there is a source of solace, inspiration, and spiritual guidance that has been shining brightly for over 30 years. We’re talking about our beloved Christian radio station, 1WAY FM, which has been a beacon of hope and faith for countless individuals. This invaluable resource is completely listener-funded, and it’s time for us to come together and support its mission.
From the 15th to the 17th of November, we aim to raise $50,000 which will fund 1000 hours of radio. Our upcoming appeal, themed ‘Be the Light,’ will not only secure the future of 1WAY FM but will also allow it to shine even brighter!
Why ‘Be the Light’?
The theme ‘Be the Light’ was chosen with great care and intention. Inspired by the chorus of For King and Country’s song, What Are We Waiting For? The chorus has a line that says, ‘What if we could be the light that no one could ignore?”
In a world filled with uncertainty, turmoil, and division, our 1WAY FM stands as a source of unwavering hope and positivity. It radiates the light of faith, love, and unity, reaching out to those in need of spiritual nourishment. By coming together to support this vital resource, we become the light that guides others towards a path of hope, love, and togetherness.
