NOMINATIONS FOR THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

With the AGM quickly approaching, it will again be time for the election of a new Board of Directors for Canberra Christian Radio Limited (CCRL), 1WAY FM’s parent body.

Have you ever felt that God is leading you to become a member of Canberra Christian Radio Limited’s Board of Directors? Or perhaps, you possibly know someone who you feel would be the right person to be on the Board. If so, all you need to do is to complete a Director Nomination Form and find two financial members – i.e., to nominate and second you.

At the AGM, all members of the current Board of Directors stand down from office. Consequently, there will be ten vacancies on the Board. Although the previous Directors are eligible for re-election it is, however, rare for all previous Directors to renominate.

In the case of more than ten nominations being received, a ballot will be conducted at the AGM.

All financial members of CCRL are entitled to nominate to become a member of the Board and to vote at a ballot at the AGM.

Your completed Nomination Forms should arrive at our Fyshwick Office (or PO Box 927, Fyshwick ACT 2609) by c.o.b. Friday 20th November 2009.

Nominations should be accompanied by a brief statement as to the contribution that you or your nominee would bring to the Board.

PROXY FORMS:

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may complete a Proxy Form to authorise another financial member to vote on your behalf (or you may specify how your vote should be made). Copies of Proxy Forms may be downloaded from: http://www.1wayfm.com.au/download/company/proxy.pdf

However, please note that the completed Proxy Forms must be returned to our Fyshwick Office no later than c.o.b. on Thursday the 26th of November.
