1WAY FM is the trading name of Canberra Christian Radio Limited, ABN 94 051 127 792/ACN 051 127 792, a not-for-profit Australian Public Company. Canberra Christian Radio Limited operates The Rhema FM Canberra Trust, to which donations can be tax deductible.

The company is controlled by an elected board of directors, and is governed by two constituting documents which can be downloaded by follwoing the links at the bottom of this page.
